Check you out! Well what can I say I am at the other extreme with the husband, babe, and dog in the burbs and loving it too. I hope you are having a fabulous time. Words of advice as you moped along, " Keep the greasy side down." Cheers and Love - Tory
Is deep fried squid rubbery still, or does it kind of just get chewy? Either way, you win. Are there totally crazy bikes out there, or just regular--or wait, you're a scooter guy now, aren't you. Vroom vroom!
They use small, lightly battered, whole squid for the deep fried dish. As a result the outside is crispy and a bit spicy while the inside is hot and a bit juicy. Additionally they offer a chile/vinegar/fish sauce for dipping which enhances the flavor even deeper.
Jam it stinky! :P
